Questions, answered
- What happens when my plan expires?
- Your plan runs for the month or year you paid for. We remind you seven days and one day before it ends, and a three-day grace period follows. After that your account returns to the Free plan until you renew.
- How do I pay?
- In Zimbabwe you can pay with EcoCash, OneMoney or InnBucks from your phone, or by Visa and Mastercard. Everywhere else you pay by card. Payments are handled by Paynow; you do not need a Paynow account, and ZivoCloud never sees your card details.
- Does it renew automatically?
- No. Nothing is charged without you. When your plan is close to its end, renew from your profile or from this page.
- Can I change plan?
- Yes. Choose the new plan at any time; it begins when your current plan ends, so you never lose time you have already paid for.
