Request deletion of your WhatsApp data

To request removal of WhatsApp conversations and contact information held by ZivoCloud, use our contact page and include the phone number, with country code, used to message us. State that you are requesting deletion of your ZivoCloud WhatsApp data. Do not include passwords or verification codes.

We may ask you to confirm that you control the number. We will review the request, explain any information that must be retained, and confirm the outcome. This request concerns ZivoCloud’s records; it does not delete your WhatsApp account or records independently held by Meta or other recipients.

To stop messages without requesting deletion, send STOP to ZivoCloud on WhatsApp.
